Dear all,
As everyone is aware, there was a meeting on 5th September 2009 with Ferrier Hodgson at MPAJ hall Pandan Indah.
The meeting took around 2.5 hours and the whole team from Ferrier Hodgson attended the meeting with detailed explainations pertaining to the top up scheme. There were around 179 purchsers attended the meeting which comprised of approx. 50% from the total purchasers, and there were a small number of purchasers who couldn’t make it to this meeting with personal reasons.
During the meeting, every purchaser was presented a copy of support document to agree/disagree with the top up scheme. After the elaborations from the FH team as well as the committee, we have got 99% (only 2 purchasers rejected) of the purchasers support for the revival of this project with the top scheme, but provided that the financiers(banks) are willing to include the top of amount (30k) into our existing loans. According to FH, most local banks are willing to help us on the top up sum but there will be a slight issue with the foreign banks as they have their own policy which we need to negotiate with them personally. Despite of this, Citibank is willing to help us on this (as there are quite a number of purchasers loan from Citibank).
For those who missed the meeting and would like to support for the top up scheme, kindly please contact Miss Ng Yi Wen from FH at 03-2273 6227 by 14th September 2009. We need your support to increase the percentage.
For your information, the meeting last week was considered as informal one as FH wanted to know how many percentage of the purchasers were actually supporting for the top up scheme.
And since the response was encouraging, FH will be organising a formal meeting with all the purchasers again in 3 – 5 months time after they get the court’s approval for the scheme. (the court will take 3 – 5 months time for the approval)

Dear all,
As informed earlier, the complete QS report will be out by next week. Hence the committee has arranged for a meeting with FH to review the report. The meeting will be held at FH office in Brickfields next Thurs, 30/07/09 @ 10.00am.
The committee has decided to open the invitation to all the purchasers who wish to attend as well. If you are able to make it on that day please attend.

Please be informed that only purchasers who had submit the indemnity form are allowed to enter into the site. Therefore, please print out the letter, sign it and pass to the representative from FH on 09/05/09 @ 3pm.

Dear all,
I’m sure all of you are waiting for this. Finally, the committee has got the confirmed date for you to view your unit. It’s going to be on Sat, 09/05/09 @ 3pm. As we have explained earlier, you are required to sign an indemnity letter before entering the premise. FH personnel will be there with the letters on that day.
Please take care of your own safety while you are there. We certainly would not want any mishaps to happen on that day. There are no lift facilities and you are required to use the steps. The committee’s representatives will be calling all of you pretty soon to inform regarding this as not all the purchasers are reading this blog.

Dear all,
A small group of purchasers turned up during the meeting on sat and we have segregated the purchasers list among them. Thank you for your support! As of last friday, the total number of purchasers who have paid is 106 and the numbers are increasing after the 2nd reminder was sent out. We hope that more purchasers will pay in this week.
For those of you who still have not paid, you might be receiving a call from our committee representatives this week. Please inform them on when you can make the payment or if you have any issues in making the payment please inform them so that it can be channeled to the committee accordingly.
In addition to that, we have planned for a 2nd meeting with the rest of the purchasers in the project site itself on 21/03/09 @ 3pm. We believe that by getting all of you at the project site, you will have a clearer picture on the progress and at the same time meet the rest of our future neighbours to exchange opinions and ideas.
Please list down your names, if you intend to make your payment on that day. If the numbers are huge, we might get a FH personnel to be there as well. If it is going to be only a few then we might not get them down. Hope to see a bigger group than the last time. See ya soon.

Dear all,
Good news! We have just managed to obtain a list of contact of the 360 purchasers.
Since there are approx. 100 purchasers who have paid the RM400, we still need another 100 purchasers in order to fulfill FH’s requirements to kick start our project.
With all the purchasers contacts in hand, we need to distribute these contacts among the ourselves who would like to make call those that have yet to make the RM400 payment.

As at to date, FH have collected RM 29,400 from the 74 purchasers of Pangsapuri Nusa Mewah.
I will update further into this blog when i get the updates from FH.

Dear All,
I have a good news for all of you. After considering the request from a lot of purchasers, our VP, Elsie has arranged for a meeting between FH and the purchasers on Sat, 20/12/08 @ 3pm. The location of the meeting is:-
48-1, Jalan Bunga Tanjung 10,
Taman Muda, 68000 Ampang,
Selangor Darul Ehsan.
FH personnel will be there to answer your queries and questions. For those of you who still have not paid the RM400, you can make you payment on that day via cheque or cash. We will get FH to issue a receipt for your payment. Please be punctual so that we can start and end the meeting as planned.
For those who are reading this message, please help to cascade the message to the fellow purchasers who don’t have internet access.
